Eight lines. No mysterious contract.
What you pay once, what recurs each year, what runs for three years. Nothing else is billed, and nothing is billed per user.

02 — THE ANNUAL SERVICE
How it is computed, and why it has a floor.
22 % of the machine price, with a floor of 10'000 CHF. The floor is not margin: an on-site intervention, a loaner unit and a reachable engineer cost the same for a small machine as for a large one.
What is not included
- Electrical work on your premises, if a dedicated circuit has to be run. It is the only item that may require a trade on your side.
- Bespoke development: connecting an uncommon line-of-business application, writing a custom workflow. Quoted separately.
- Training models on your data, which is a hardware option and a project in itself.
The term
Frequent questions Thirty-six months on the service: the warranty, the loaner unit and the updates require us to provision parts and engineering time over that period. The machine itself is yours from delivery.
