We assemble machines. Then we operate them.
Numezis AI Infrastructure is the division of the Numezis group that installs AI inside the walls of Swiss organisations bound by professional secrecy. “Operated” is the load-bearing word: we do not deliver a box.

01 — WHAT WE DO
Three trades in a single contract.
We choose the components and assemble them — that is a hardware trade. We install and update the open models that run on them — that is a software trade. We answer the phone when it stops, and send a loaner unit within twenty-four hours — that is a service trade.
Taken separately, none of the three solves the client's problem: a fine machine without current models ages in six months, good software without support stops on a Friday evening. It is their combination in a single contract that makes the offer.
02 — OUR RULES
Including the ones that cost us.
A rule that costs nothing is not a rule: it is a sales argument.
| No outbound flow of client content | This is not a policy, it is a property of the architecture. The annual report establishes it every year. |
| “Assembled and tested in Switzerland”, never “Swiss made” | The Swiss-value thresholds are not established for our machines. Until they are, we do not use the phrase — nor the Swiss cross. |
| No GPU bought without a signed order | That is what the roughly two-month lead time is. We would rather show it than finance stock with a client's money. |
| No measured result published before it exists | The cases are anonymised and carry no outcome figure. Quoted rankings carry their date and source. |
| A thirty-six-month term on the service | Warranty, loaner unit and updates require us to provision parts and engineering time over that period. |
