We do not publish fictional postings to look bigger. Here instead, plainly, are the three profiles this division will hire first — and what the work looks like.
Assembly, cabling, 72-hour burn-in, test report. Someone for whom a badly cabled machine is a personal insult.
Installation at the client: connecting document sources, carrying over access rights, explaining to a partner why it works. As much teaching as engineering.
Choosing, evaluating and updating the open models installed. Able to read a leaderboard — and to say when it means nothing.
What we can promise, and what we cannot
- Visible work: a machine you assemble, install, and find again at a client three years later.
- A small structure under construction: roles are not fixed yet, and you have to like that.
- No reliable hiring timeline to give you today. We do not have one.
