A client's first question is not the price, it is whether it fits. Here are the figures, computed from each machine's bill of materials, for Swiss installations: 230 V, T13 socket on a 10 A circuit, T23 on 16 A.

01 — THE POWER BUDGET
What each machine actually asks for.
A continuous load must not exceed 80 % of the breaker rating: it is that derating, not the nominal power, that decides the circuit.

02 — WHERE TO PUT IT
Noise decides the room, not size.
A chassis with air tunnels and high-static-pressure fans is not quiet. We publish a placement class, not a decibel figure we have not measured — the exact value is taken at acceptance and appears in the test report.

03 — THE SEQUENCE
Six steps, two to five days.
An engineer sees the room, the electrical panel and the cable route. An hour on site is enough.
A dedicated circuit if needed — the only work that may require an electrician on your side.
Machine installed, powered, tested under load. Half a day.
Connection to the documents: SharePoint, network drives, DMS. This is what takes the longest.
Your existing access groups are carried over and spot-checked with you.
Test on your own documents, signed test report, handover of the audit log.
