Legal notice
Who publishes this site, what the figures on it are worth, and which law applies.

Publisher
[TO BE COMPLETED: company name, legal form, registered address, UID number, commercial register entry.] The legal structure is being incorporated; this notice will be completed on registration.
The site is published by the Numezis AI Infrastructure division. Contact: contact@numezis.com.
Editorial responsibility
[TO BE COMPLETED: name of the person responsible for publication.]
Hosting
The site is served from edge infrastructure; contact-form data is stored in a database attached to the site and is passed to no commercial third party.
No third-party audience measurement is loaded. No font is fetched from an external server.
Intellectual property
All texts, diagrams, photographs and visual identity elements on this site are protected. The Numezis wordmark and the division descriptors may not be reproduced without written permission.
Third-party marks quoted — in particular component part numbers — belong to their respective owners and are named for technical designation only.
Accuracy
Published prices are computed from the published bill of materials and move with component costs. They are exclusive of tax and do not constitute an offer under article 3 of the Swiss Code of Obligations until restated in a dated quotation.
Stated lead times — about two months — are indicative batch manufacturing times. Rankings and measurements quoted on the Proof page come from dated, cited third-party sources; they are not a performance undertaking.
Liability
We take particular care over the accuracy of what we publish. We cannot, however, guarantee it is free of error, nor accept liability for damage arising from use of this site.
Links to the other group entities and to third-party sources are provided for information; we are not answerable for their content.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This site and the relationships arising from it are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction lies at the company's registered seat, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction to the contrary.
The entries marked “to be completed” will be filled in when the company is entered in the commercial register. We would rather say so than publish an identity that does not exist yet.
